I'm Andrew Dailey. I founded 4DMC to help business owners and managers work through the operational problems they don't have the time or capacity to tackle alone.

My background brings together more than 18 years of military leadership, healthcare operations, occupational health and safety, technical instruction, and program management. The common thread: making complicated requirements understandable and turning them into practical action.
